Order Acceptance Policy Your emailed receipt of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Item availability and prices are subject to change at any time, without notice. Boeuf Local reserves the right to limit quantities and to decline the acceptance of any order for any reason. Boeuf Local reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity ordered of any item. All orders placed will be thoroughly researched before shipping, in accordance with the policies set by Boeuf Local´s Credit and Fraud Avoidance Department. Boeuf Local may require additional information and/or verification before accepting and processing any order. Stock While Boeuf Local makes every attempt to maintain accurate stock information, Boeuf Local is not responsible for the accuracy of inventory. In the event of a discrepancy regarding the availability of a product, Boeuf Local has the right to fully refund a customer for the full purchase price, in lieu of the timely delivery of merchandise. Pricing Prices shown on Boeuf Local do not include taxes or shipping and handling fees unless otherwise noted. Prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless otherwise noted. Prices are listed in our catalogues and Web site and are subject to change without notice. Boeuf Local makes every effort to bring the lowest prices possible to our clients however, due to conditions beyond our control, prices are subject to increase even after your order has been placed. If a price increase should occur during the processing of your order you will be notified and have the right to cancel your order at no charge. Typographical / Pricing Errors Our goal is to provide current and accurate information on our website however errors, misprints, and omissions sometimes occur. These include but are not limited to incorrect or incomplete prices, descriptions, specifications, photographs or illustrations. Boeuf Local makes no warranty that the content of the website is accurate or complete. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Boeuf Local shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price without prior notification. Boeuf Local shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and the order is cancelled, Boeuf Local shall immediately issue a credit to the credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price. Products on promotion must ship during the promotion period. Boeuf Local will not extend or honour any promotions that do not ship within the promotion period for any reason. Order Cancellation An order may be cancelled only if that item is back-ordered and not available to ship. Any order submitted through this website if in stock, will ship immediately and cannot be cancelled. Boeuf Local reserves the right to cancel an order or to issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) for merchandise that is advertised in error, that does not conform to advertised specifications or was shipped in error. Backorders Boeuf Local will accept orders for out-of-stock items. If the item you order is not in stock, it will be placed on backorder and shipped to you when it becomes available. On orders with back-ordered items, the total shipping charges are included with the first shipment. Shipping charges are non-refundable. A backorder may be cancelled at ANY time prior to shipping. Order Status Boeuf Local will keep you informed of your order status via email. All tracking information will be emailed to you once your order has shipped. You may also acquire your order status and other live updates by logging into your account on our website. Secured Transaction Your online transactions are fully encrypted and secured with 128-bit encryption technology when you place orders at Boeuf Local. Credit Cards Boeuf Local accepts Visa and MasterCard only. We are unable to process international credit cards or Visa Debit cards. There is a surcharge for using your Visa or MasterCard to make a purchase. We also offer payment without surcharge by using Secure Interac Online. Our goal is to provide the lowest cost as possible and payment fees differ by payment choice. Please be sure to provide the exact billing address and telephone number as recorded with your credit card issuing bank. We may ship to an alternate address only if the address is on file with your credit card issuing bank. Incorrect information may cause a delay in the processing of your order. Your credit card will be charged as each item is shipped. Shipping Policy When products are shipped to you by the carrier, Boeuf Local liability to you for breakage and/or non-delivery of the products by the carrier to you will be limited by the limits of liability provided by the carrier's terms and conditions of carriage. You may wish to purchase insurance for loss or breakage during carriage for the full insurable value of the products you have ordered by making the appropriate requests when placing your order with Boeuf Local. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Shipping charges are calculated starting at $10.00 for standard ground freight. Shipments over and above the standard weight/dimensions or in remote areas are subject to additional pricing. If additional shipping charges should apply, a representative may contact you to outline those charges or you will receive an email with the changes to verify the order with new fees before processing your payment. The customer and/or Boeuf Local have the right to cancel the order if not in agreement with additional shipping charges. An additional charge of $50.00 will be charged to your credit card for any shipment that is refused or undeliverable due to no fault of Boeuf Local or the courier. Boeuf Local reserves the right to review shipping. Damaged Products All packages shipped from Boeuf Local.com are inspected prior to shipment. However, from time to time, damage during shipping may occur. Packages that are obviously damaged should be refused upon the original delivery attempt. If the package is accepted, then any damage should be noted on the carrier delivery record prior to the driver leaving your premises. Any hidden or internal damage to any product must be reported to our Customer Service Department via email to admin@bouflocal.ca within the first 5 days of receipt to arrange for a carrier inspection and return of the damaged product(s). Please save the product, the shipping carton and all manufacturer packaging. Timely receipt of this information is necessary for Boeuf Local to file a damage claim. Failure to notify Boeuf Local of damage within this time period will be deemed an acceptance of the product, and standard return policies will apply. Refused Orders All refused orders (for reasons other than shipping damage) will be billed in full. Shipping charges are not refundable if the shipment is refused at the time of delivery. In addition, refused orders will be subject to additional shipping charges to cover the cost of returning the products to Boeuf Local. Return Policy There are NO returns. All products are final sale items and are not returnable to Boeuf Local for refund or exchange for any reason: Credits on Terms Any credits issued by Boeuf Local to the customer for any reason must be used within one (1) years from the date the credit was issued and may only be used for future purchases of products or services. Any credit or portion thereof not used within one (1) year period will automatically expire. Privacy Policy Your personal information is for use only by Boeuf Local staff. This information is kept on a secure server and is used for the limited purpose of processing your order(s). Jurisdiction Any litigation regarding this agreement or any transaction between a customer and Boeuf Local shall be brought to the provincial courts located in Montreal, Quebec Canada and the customer hereby agrees and submits to such jurisdiction and venue as proper. Entire Agreement These Terms constitute the entire agreement between Customer and Boeuf Local relating to the sale of products and services on the Site. Customer consents to receiving electronic records, which may be provided via a Web browser or e-mail application connected to the Internet. Customers may issue a purchase order for administrative purposes only. Additional or different terms and conditions contained in any such purchase order will be null and void. Customer agrees that the Terms contained herein and in our invoice or other documentation will control. No course of prior dealings between the parties and no usage of trade will be relevant to determine the meaning of these Terms or any purchase order or invoice related thereto.
